We argue that within the organization context the group achievements go much further than individual achievements. The organization’s achievements be they good or bad, are not one individual’s merit, but depend on one or more work teams.
Team Building comprises a set of activities and workshops organizd by the enterprises and which allow to strengthen team spirit and cooepration among their employees to ensure a collaborative work climate.

In short, they are activities designed strategically to improve the work teams’ performance. Through those activities the team members get to know each other better, especially in situations that differ from those in which they usually interact. Given that, they usually end up adopting a feeling of belonging in the organization and feel part of a group and not as isolated or independent individuals far from the actions of the other job colleagues.
